Sweet Corn Parathas

Every kids will be love this recipes, easy to make and not only healthy but taste great also. :D


  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp oil for kneading
  • 5 tsp grated mozzrella cheese
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

  1. Combine the wheat flour, corn, spinach, green chilies and salt in a bowl and knead to a soft, smooth dough using water as required. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Roasted Tomato and Onion Pastry

  • 1 large Spanish or Vidalia onion, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package  Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves

Free Cheesy Gluten Egg Bake


Who are on gluten-free diets. Now they can have this kind of breakfast bake too! Enjoy baking :)


2 package (16 oz) bulk pork sausage

2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 medium onion, chopped
6 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 1/2 cup Bisquick® Gluten Free mix
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12 eggs
How to make :
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Mix sausage mixture, potatoes and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese in baking dish.
  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour over sausage mixture in baking dish.
  3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake about 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
