VEGETABLE-FRIED-RICE-WITH-SALMON-STEAK2013VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Cooked Plain Rice
  • 4-6 Mushrooms
  • 2 Red Onion
  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 1 Carrot
  • 8-10 Cashews
  • 2-3 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
  • Water to boil
  • Salt

how to make :

1. Peel and slice the onion
2. Cut the Broccoli into florets
3. Finely chop the garlic clove
4. Peel and cut the carrot into small pieces
5. Peel and chop the mushrooms
6. Heat water in a pan and add salt to it
7. Once boiling, add the carrots and cook till soft but still have a bite to it, add the broccoli florets next and cook for 4-5 minutes only
8. Remove and drain in a colander
9. Heat oil in a non stick wok
